How long does it take to get a title loan?

How long do I have to pay back the title loan?

We give you up to 2-3 years to pay off this loan but you can pay it back at any time.

I wanted a short term loan. Is this different?

Not at all. You see because the loans are written for much longer than a month, this does not mean that you have to keep it out that long or pay the interest during that period. You only pay for the money you have out and for how long you actually have it out. No prepayment penalties at all.

How is a Title Loan different from an Auto Pawn?

A title loan uses your title to secure the loan. A pawn actually requires you to leave your car. We do Title Loans and not Pawns

Do I need to be employed?

We request that you make at least $1500 a month and have proof of this fact when we close this loan.

I was rejected by my bank because of my credit. Is this going to be an issue with you?

Banks have raised the credit score so that now only a few people qualify. This is not the case with us.

My car has another loan on it. What do I do now?

It depends on how much you owe on it. Here is why. Let's say you owe either a bank or another car title loan lender $3000. If we looked at the value of the car it might only be worth $4000. That means there is only $1000 left if we funded this because we would pay off the $3000. Just a little movement on those numbers could change the entire picture. So it depends on how much you owe and the value of the vehicle. Don't guess on this... just ask us... we do this every single day.

I live in California but my car is titled in another state. Is this a problem?

Yes. Although we are licensed in California (800LoanMart), and we can do business in Arizona and New Mexico, we need all parties and titles to be from the same place. If you car is registered in Arizona or Nevada, fill out the application and we will see what we can do.

Do I have to have a checking account at the bank?

No, unless you are self employed, then change that, yes.

How does my car title get changed at the DMV?

We do it. You will give us the original title (if you have it) and we will handle the hassle with the DMV.
